Salsa 4 Kids
Salsa 4 Kids is a FREE 2-Hour crash course on the basics of salsa dancing and a brief history of its origin and how it has developed to what it is today. Students between the ages of 9 - 17 can take part in this educational and fun event tailored to creating a positive and safe environment for our future leaders of tomorrow. Space will be limited, so make sure you register early when registration is open to the general public.
Salsa 4 Kids Fees
Registration Fee: $5.00 (Includes a FREE Salsa 4 Kids T-Shirt and a certificate of completion. This fee is non-refundable)
Salsa 4 Kids Class Fee: FREE (Open to ages 9-17)
Refund Policy: The registration fee of $5.00 is (NON-REFUNDABLE). Space is limited. Register and reserve your spot.
What to Wear for Classes
Leotards, short bike tights, and jazz pants are always recommended. However, participants can also wear loose comfortable clothing that they can move in. Sweat pants and tank tops are acceptable. No revealing clothing is accepted at any time. NO JEWELRY. Please leave them at home. If you have jazz shoes or dance sneakers that's awesome but not a necessity. Sneakers or dress shoes for boys are acceptable. Girls can wear sneakers or heels 1"-3" depending on age appropriateness. No sandals! If you would like to purchase dance apparel and shoes please search online to have your items delivered on time for the dance workshop. Face Mask
We follow the CDC and local Guidelines but implement our own rules for the safety of all staff, sponsors, affiliates, and participants.
***If you are fully vaccinated you are not required to wear a face mask during class, but you must provide vaccination proof at the time of check-in for the Salsa 4 Kids class.
***If you received partial COVID-19 vaccination, we recommend you to use your mask at your discretion.
***If you are not vaccinated and have not received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccination you will be required to use a mask in order to participate in the Salsa 4 Kids class.
These rules are strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all staff, sponsors, affiliates, and participants. Please be courteous and respectful towards your fellow peers. Alexander Emanuel or Cruzan Dance Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone that refuses to adhere to the policies and procedures during the Salsa 4 Kids Class.
Inclement Weather
